➡️How far should the split be? The back knee should be slightly behind the back hip when at the bottom of the squat.

1️⃣Quad focused - drive the front forward and keep the back straight and vertical.

2️⃣Standard - bend the front knee to 90 degrees over the front heel and keep the back straight and vertical.

3️⃣Glute focused - hinge the front hip back slightly and keep the back straight and slightly hinged forward.

❗️Stand up correctly! Drive through the front heel, keep the back straight and vertical, keep the back knee slightly bent while the front knee completely straightens

❌Common mistakes - driving up through the back leg, the back knee completely locks out, forcing the shoulders forward over the front knee, and the front knee not completely straight.
