In our semi-private strength training, we max our sessions to four people per session. This allows you to enjoy the fun environment of a group setting while allowing our coaches to offer the attention and detail of one-on-one training.
Our semi-private strength sessions focus on traditional strength training and the fundamentals of weight lifting. We will take you through a progressive strength training program utilizing barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and more. Every workout is programmed so there are progressions and regressions for all skill levels, designed to help you reach your goals.
