Bridge Program

The Leverage Bridge Program is built to help individuals transition into a regular fitness routine.  This program will include a one-on-one 60 minute assessment and five 30 minute personal training sessions.

This program is for those in one of three categories; adults, pre or post-natal women and athletes recovering from an injury post physical therapy. The 30 minute sessions will look different for each individual. For adults, it will help transition them out of a sedentary lifestyle and into the recommended weekly activity; for postnatal moms it will help get them back to their regular workout routine; and for athletes recovering from an injury, it will help them with transitional exercises to bridge them back into our semi-private sessions.

Pre and postnatal 

  • You are recently pregnant or you have been cleared by your doctor to begin a workout program after having a baby. Click here to find out if this is right for you.

Athletes recovering from an injury

  • You have been cleared by your Physical Therapist and ready to start back into a regular routine. Click here to find out if this is right for you.

Program Includes

  • Bridge Assessment (60 minutes) 

  • Five Bridge Sessions (30 minutes)


**We are not Physical Therapists or medical professionals and cannot diagnose injuries and will not offer you medical advice. This is not a replacement for Physical Therapy or a visit with your doctor. We assess movement patterns and muscle imbalances to help rebuild your strength after visiting with a doctor or Physical Therapist. We will work with your medical professional to bridge you into normal workouts.

Assessments are available on weekdays from 8am - 6pm*.

  • Is your primary goal to reduce pain and stiffness?

  • Are you concerned about stability or have a fear of falling?

  • Has your doctor suggested exercise to improve bone and muscle density?

  • Do you want to improve your mobility?

  • Do you struggle with daily tasks?

  • Have you experienced a heart attack or serious medical condition or are you trying to avoid them?

  • Are you trying to extend the life of your joints or are you coming out of a post-operative joint replacement?


  • Prenatal

    • Have you have been working out regularly?

    • Are you are now concerned about how to modify as you progress in your pregnancy?

  • Post-natal:

    • Have you have been cleared by your doctor to begin a workout program?

    • Are you not quite ready to jump back into your original workout routine?

Athletes recovering from an injury

  • Are you recovering from a sports or fitness related injury; back, hip, knee, shoulder, etc?

  • Are you transitioning out of PT, ready to test the waters, build strength and confidence back up, learn additional stretches/movements for recovery?

  • Are you looking for a supplemental workout program is created so you can continue to workout pain free?
