Itโ€™s common to tilt the head back during exercises like the deadlift and squat, putting the cervical spine into a deep extension, which may cause unnecessary strain on the neck. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

When performing these exercises, pay close attention to the position of your head and neck when standing. Imagine holding a large piece of fruit under your chinโ€ฆbut donโ€™t squeeze too tight! Then maintain that position as you perform each repetition. It may feel strange at first, but it will benefit you in the long run. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
