Our bodies are made to function and move with efficiency.
However, throughout our lives, dysfunctional movement patterns creep in and disrupt that efficiency and our daily activities. That stiff back after sitting down for 15 minutes, your aching knees following a workout, or training for your first half marathon can all be made easier and better with proper movement patterns. DMT is designed to help rid your body of those dysfunctions. The goal is to improve your overall mobility by increasing your muscular flexibility and stabilizing your joints. Whether you are trying to play with your kids, squat 300 lbs, or simply want to move more pain free, creating great functional movements patterns can get you there.

What is DMT?
Mobility
The ability of a joint to move freely through a given range of motion. Simply, it is a person’s ability to move. Think: reaching over head or bending down to pick up your bag.
Flexibility
The ability of muscles, joints, and soft tissues to move through an unrestricted, pain free range of motion. Think: sitting to tie your shoes or sitting cross legged.
Stability
The ability to maintain or control joint movement or position. Think: controlling a dumbbell during a chest press or maintaining balance walking up and down the steps.​
