What a 50-Minute Leverage Training Session Looks Like

A 50-minute Leverage session follows your individual strength program, with a coach guiding preparation, setup, technique and progression. You train alongside other members, but you are not placed into a one-size-fits-all class.
BEFORE THE WORKING SETS
The coach checks in and helps you prepare for the day’s plan. The warm-up may include targeted mobility, activation or rehearsal, and should prepare you rather than consume half the session.

YOUR PROGRAM DRIVES THE WORK
The session may include bilateral or unilateral strength, upper- and lower-body movements, varied tempos or other planned emphases. Exercises and loads reflect your history and goals.
COACHES MOVE WITH PURPOSE
Semi-private does not mean unsupervised. Coaches help with setup, watch important repetitions, give concise feedback and keep the session moving.
You know what you are doing and why.
Equipment is prepared efficiently.
Feedback is specific.
The plan can change when something feels different.
Work is recorded for future progression.
The room has energy without becoming a class. The 30 Day Intro gives you enough sessions to learn the rhythm and experience the system.
