Don't let travel get in your way of missing a Leverage session!

 

We created a easy to follow guide for training on the go. You can build your workout to the length that works best for you and your schedule. Remember, the goal of this workout is to get some movement in, not to hit PRs.

 

Download the PDF below and follow these simple instructions. 

 

  • Mix and match one pair from each marked round for a 25-30 minute workout.

  • For a 45-50 minute workout, repeat with different pairs from each round.

  • Rest 1-2 minutes between each round.

  • Finishers are optional and you can combine as many as you’d like.
