In these personal sessions, we do the stretching for you. Coach Jesse focuses on injury prevention and increased range of motion using various tools and techniques;

Personal stretch sessions can be scheduled as a personal training session directly with Coach Jesse. If you do not have a personal training package you can schedule a drop in session by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Prefer to stretch with a small group? We offer semi-private stretch & mobility with your monthly session count.
