Take your recovery to the next level with a one-on-one stretch session with Coach Jesse. These 50-minute sessions are designed to help you move better, increase range of motion and keep your training pain free.​

In these personal sessions, we do the stretching for you. Coach Jesse focuses on injury prevention and increased range of motion using various tools and techniques;

  • static, dynamic and PNF stretching

  • mobility sticks, yoga wheels and bands

  • power massage gun

Personal stretch sessions can be scheduled as a personal training session directly with Coach Jesse. If you do not have a personal training package you can schedule a drop in session by emailing
